Botanical Garden
This spectacular garden of 22 hectares located in the
heart of Vancouver has become a botanical garden of international
level since its opening to the public in 1975. It has
a collection of 7,500 diverse classes of plants of all
continents.
Specific areas of the garden are organized in order to
illustrate botanical bows, such as the redodendro walk,
or geographic origins, like in the Chinese Himalayan garden.
These areas are set amongst calm lakes and beautiful rock
gardens from where it can be admired the landscape of
Vancouver and mountains that surround it.
